We don't rush time. Our natural fermentation dough rests between 48 to 72 hours, developing its structure in wooden boxes ("madia") for unmistakable lightness and flavor.
Baked at 450ºC in our high end oven, directly on the refractory stone, we guarantee the perfect thermal shock and authentic flavor.
Forget the automatic button coffee. We treat coffee as a gastronomic experience.
We work exclusively with the Flair 58+ 2, a precision manual press. We also serve coldbrews and V60 coffee for the best aromas and taste. All with freshly ground Specialty Coffee beans, resulting in a sweet, complex and full-bodied experiences.
We are not a traditional food truck where the action happens hidden away.
Our concept is "Slide & Roll": the kitchen slides out. The oven, the counter and the coffee station create an open-air culinary theater, illuminated by vintage lamps and warm lights.
We know that when organizing a premium event, suppliers should not be an additional concern. Our operation was designed for
maximum efficiency and autonomy.
In outdoor events, we are 100% autonomous thanks to our gas ovens and state-of-the-art portable power stations. For indoor activations, we use high-efficiency, zero-smoke electrical equipment, integrating safely and discreetly into your building's electrical infrastructure.
Our modular setup allows us to operate in locations where traditional food trucks cannot reach. We fit perfectly in a farm garden, a parking lot, or an industrial warehouse.
